Georgia Residents. This Plan shall be non-cancelable by us except for fraud, material misrepresentation, or failure to pay consideration due therefore. Georgia Residents. The Obligor in Georgia is Applied Warranty Services. Unless otherwise required by the laws of the state where the Covered Items is located, this Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
