Georgia Residents. This Plan shall be non-cancelable by us except for fraud, material misrepresentation, or failure to pay consideration due therefore. If You cancel this Service Contract within the first twenty (20) days after the date the Service Contract was mailed or within ten (10) days of delivery and the purchase price has been paid, the Service Contract is void and We will issue a full refund including applicable tax less claims paid.
