Grievance forms means printed forms used in the process of establishing and adjusting a grievance under this procedure.

More Definitions of Grievance forms

Grievance forms shall be in sufficient number and shall make adequate provision to enable the appropriate designated Representative of each of the Parties hereto at all times to set down and retain a sufficient written record of all action taken by such Representatives in handling and disposing of the same at each Step of the Grievance procedure up to the appeal to Fourth Step Arbitration and each Party agrees to make such written record and to assist the other Party so to do. All Grievances shall be presented as soon as practicable after the occurrence upon which the same is based, but in no event later than seven (7) days if the same is a Dismissal Grievance, sixty (60) days in the event the same is a Wage Grievance, and thirty (30) days if the same is a Grievance arising for any other cause. Dismissal Grievances shall be presented at the Third Step and the dismissed employee may be present during all such proceedings. Except as otherwise specifically provided, all Grievances shall be presented at the First Step of the Grievance Procedure. All such Grievances and Dismissal Grievances not so presented shall be deemed to have been abandoned, and shall not be entitled to consideration by the party to whom it is presented.
