Guest Data definition

Guest Data. Any and all information and data identifying, describing, concerning or generated by prospective, actual or past guests, family members, website visitors and customers of casinos, hotels, retail locations, restaurants, bars, spas, entertainment venues, or other facilities or services, including without limitation any and all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences, game play and patronage patterns, experiences, results and demographic information, whether or not any of the foregoing constitutes personally identifiable information, together with any and all other guest or customer information in any database of Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates, regardless of the source or location thereof, and including without limitation such information obtained or derived by Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates from: (i) guests or customers of the Facility (for the avoidance of doubt, including Property Specific Guest Data); (ii) guests or customers of any Other Facility (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by Tenant or any of its Affiliates, or any facility associated with any such Other Facility (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (iii) any other sources and databases, including websites, central reservations databases, operational data base (ODS) and any player loyalty programs (e.g., the Total Rewards Program (as defined in the MLSA)).
Guest Data means any and all information submitted by or authorized for submission by a Guest and provided to the Provider by the Customer in furtherance of the Services;
Guest Data. Any and all information and data identifying, describing, concerning or generated by prospective, actual or past guests, family members, website visitors and customers of casinos, hotels, retail locations, restaurants, bars, spas, entertainment venues, or other facilities or services, including without limitation any and all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences, game play and patronage patterns, experiences, results and demographic information, whether or not any of the foregoing constitutes personally identifiable information, together with any and all other guest or customer information in any database of Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates, regardless of the source or location thereof, and including without limitation such information obtained or derived by Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates from: (i) guests or customers of the Facility (for the avoidance of doubt, including CPLV Guest Data and Property Specific Guest Data); (ii) guests or customers of any Other Facility (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by Tenant or any of its Affiliates, or any facility associated with any such Other Facility (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (iii) any other sources and databases, including websites, central reservations databases, operational data base (ODS) and any player loyalty programs (e.g., the Total Rewards Program (as defined in the MLSA)).

Examples of Guest Data in a sentence

  • Manager hereby irrevocably assigns to Tenant or Caesars IP Holder, as applicable, all right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property (including any Property Specific Guest Data or Guest Data) that is created, developed or acquired from time to time by or on behalf of Manager and that is Derivative Work of any Managed Facilities IP.

  • Without limiting Bank’s ownership or other rights in respect of the Cardholder Data, Bank acknowledges and agrees that it has no proprietary interest in the Company Guest Data or other information about actual or prospective purchasers of Goods and/or Services gathered by Company.

  • As between Company and Bank, all Company Guest Data and all information about actual or prospective purchasers of Goods and/or Services gathered by or for Company will be owned exclusively by Company.

  • Owner hereby disclaims any right or interest in Guest Data, other than Managed Facilities Guest Data, regardless of any legal protection afforded thereto.

  • Confidential Information shall include Cardholder Data and Company Guest Data, but the use, disclosure, and return/destruction of such information shall be governed by ARTICLE 6.

Guest Data means any and all information and data identifying, describing, concerning or generated by prospective, actual or past guests, family members, website visitors and customers of casinos, hotels, retail locations, restaurants, bars, spas, entertainment venues, or other facilities or services, including without limitation any and all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences, game play and patronage patterns, experiences, results and demographic information, whether or not any of the foregoing constitutes personally identifiable information, together with any and all other guest or customer information in any database of Manager, Tenant, Services Co or any of their respective Affiliates, regardless of the source or location thereof, and including without limitation such information obtained or derived by Manager, Tenant, Services Co or any of their respective Affiliates from: (i) guests or customers of the Managed Facility (for the avoidance of doubt, including Property Specific Guest Data); (ii) guests or customers of any Other Facility (as defined in the Lease) (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by Tenant or any of its Affiliates, or any facility associated with any such Other Facility (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (iii) any other sources or databases, including websites, central reservations databases, operational data base (ODS) and any player loyalty programs (e.g., the Total Rewards Program).
Guest Data means non-public, personally identifying information of or related to a Guest, which information includes, without limitation, credit and/or debit card and/or any other payment method details, name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the Guest; “Highly Sensitive Information” is that subset of Personal Data whose unauthorized disclosure or use could reasonably entail enhanced potential risk for the data subject;

Guest Data means all guest profiles, contact information, histories, preferences, and other information obtained in the ordinary course of business from guests of the Hotel during such guests’ stay at the Hotel, or during such guests’ use of the facilities associated with the Hotel.
Guest Data has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Services Agreement.
Guest Data means all information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, relating to Guests and any and all information, data, or other content derived therefrom.
