Health Care Assistant means an employee who holds a Registered Nurse Degree or Diploma, a Registered Nurse's Assistant Certificate or a Health Care Aide Certificate valid in Ontario and who is employed, under the direction of the principal, to provide services to students who have severe medical/health needs.
