OPRA Data definition

OPRA Data means Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information and/or any other information transmitted over the information reporting system administered by OPRA.
OPRA Data means Last Sale Reports, Quotation Information and other information disseminated by OPRA. OPRA Data that has been transmitted by the Processor, a Participant or OPRA to a Vendor within the immediately preceding 15 minutes is sometimes referred to as "current" information, OPRA Data that is no longer current is sometimes referred to as “delayed” information, and OPRA Data relating to activity on a Participant’s market in a given trading session is sometimes referred to as “historical” from and after the opening of trading on the next succeeding trading session in that market.
OPRA Data means market data disseminated by OPRA.

Examples of OPRA Data in a sentence

  • For example, an organization that uses OPRA Data for the purposes of operating an ATS and also for operating a broker crossing system not registered as an ATS would be required to pay two Category 3 Non-Display Use fees.

  • In this case, OPRA collects fees from the Vendor with respect to the receipt of the OPRA Data by the person entering into the Subscriber Agreement.

  • To become entitled to receive OPRA Data from Vendor as a Professional Subscriber, a person must have either entered into a Professional Subscriber Agreement with OPRA or a Subscriber Agreement with Vendor or a Correspondent Subscriber of Vendor.

  • Vendor shall not furnish OPRA Data in any manner except as described in Exhibit A, as it may be amended by Vendor from time to time with the approval of OPRA.

  • A Correspondent Subscriber’s determinations that a Subscriber Agreement is complete in all material respects and, if the applicant is seeking to receive OPRA Data as a Nonprofessional Subscriber, that the applicant in fact qualifies to be a Nonprofessional Subscriber, shall be binding on Vendor.

  • Upon request of Vendor, OPRA will provide Vendor with the technical specifications for OPRA Data as they exist at the time of the request.

  • Subscriber shall not use OPRA Data in any manner except as described in Exhibit A, as it may be amended by Subscriber from time to time with the approval of OPRA.

  • Vendor agrees to notify each person who receives OPRA Data through any Voice-Synthesized Service that the timeliness, sequence, accuracy and completeness of OPRA Data is not guaranteed.

Related to OPRA Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Sensitive Data means a category of personal data that includes:

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Clinical Data means the information with respect to the Licensed Product or the Licensed Compound made, collected or otherwise generated under or in connection with pre-clinical, clinical, or the post-Approval studies for the Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, including any data, reports and results with respect to any of the foregoing.
