OPRA Data definition

OPRA Data means Last Sale Reports and Quotation Information and/or any other information transmitted over the information reporting system administered by OPRA.
OPRA Data means Last Sale Reports, Quotation Information and other information disseminated by OPRA. OPRA Data that has been transmitted by the Processor, a Participant or OPRA to a Vendor within the immediately preceding 15 minutes is sometimes referred to as "current" information, OPRA Data that is no longer current is sometimes referred to as “delayed” information, and OPRA Data relating to activity on a Participant’s market in a given trading session is sometimes referred to as “historical” from and after the opening of trading on the next succeeding trading session in that market.
OPRA Data means market data disseminated by OPRA.

Examples of OPRA Data in a sentence

  • This Rider supersedes any previous agreement or rider between Subscriber on the one hand and OPRA or any or all of the Participants on the other hand providing for the furnishing to Subscriber of OPRA Data via a direct circuit connection with the Processor.

  • Subscriber agrees to use its best efforts to prevent any persons from obtaining OPRA Data through its equipment or facilities, except as authorized hereunder.

  • OPRA will furnish OPRA Data to Subscriber in a consolidated bulk data feed transmission in the format established by OPRA from time to time (subject to the provisions of the Subscriber Agreement pertaining to giving notice to Subscriber of changes in the format of OPRA Data) by providing Subscriber with a direct circuit connection at the premises of the Processor in New York City.

  • Subscriber may use the OPRA Data, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Agreement (which among other things means that Subscriber may receive OPRA Data only for its internal use in its business and may not without the prior approval of OPRA furnish current or delayed OPRA Data to any other person) and this Rider.

  • Subscriber shall not use OPRA Data in any manner except as described in Exhibit A, as it may be amended by Subscriber from time to time with the approval of OPRA.

  • This Rider, together with the Subscriber Agreement and any other riders thereto agreed to by Subscriber and OPRA, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the furnishing of OPRA Data to Subscriber and the use thereof.

  • In the event OPRA or Subscriber has reason to believe that OPRA Data is being obtained through its equipment or facilities by unauthorized persons, Subscriber agrees to use its best efforts to ascertain the source from which, and the manner in which, the same is being obtained and to promptly inform OPRA fully with respect thereto.

Related to OPRA Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.
