IDX Data definition

IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by San Diego MLS) of the listing data in San Diego MLS’s database in which various broker Participants have given San Diego MLS permission to disseminate to other participating broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by FAR) of the listing data in FAR’s database in which various Broker Participants have given FAR permission to disseminate to other participating Broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those Broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (selected by Sandicor) of the listing data in Sandicor’s database in which various broker Participants have given Sandicor permission to disseminate to other participating broker Participants for the purpose of Internet display on web sites of those broker Participants who have agreed to participate in the IDX program.

Examples of IDX Data in a sentence

  • You will not publish IDX Data on behalf of a Broker or Agent unless and until San Diego MLS has given You express written permission to do so.

  • Furthermore, you will display a small but legible “by line” indicating Your identity (corporate or business name) in a manner sufficient to allow San Diego MLS to immediately identify You whenever and wherever You cause IDX Data to be displayed (e.g. “IDX Data display by XYZ, Inc.”).

  • You further acknowledge and agree that in the event that San Diego MLS, in its sole discretion, determines that Your queries or other interactions with the API or any other portion of San Diego MLS’s technology system is harmful to San Diego MLS or the performance of San Diego MLS’s technology system, San Diego MLS may immediately temporarily suspend your access to the API, the IDX Data or any other portion of San Diego MLS’s technology system.

  • Should You wish to publish IDX Data on behalf of an additional Broker or Agent, you shall notify San Diego MLS of the same and the identity of the Broker or Agent.

  • You shall take reasonable technical security measures to protect the IDX Data against unauthorized use, copying or distribution including, without limitation, taking reasonable measures to prevent the IDX Data from being mechanically harvested, “scraped” or otherwise copied.

  • You shall comply, in all respects and at no cost to San Diego MLS, with the Rules, including, but not limited to, rules or regulations concerning confidential information, other forms of advertising, Broker to Broker communication and the display of IDX Data on the Internet and in printed media.

  • You agree that You shall obtain IDX Data only from the API unless specifically given written permission to obtain data from other San Diego MLS servers, programs or sources.

  • San Diego MLS hereby grants to You, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a nonexclusive license to access, download and publish on the Internet, in whole or in part, the IDX Data during the Term only on behalf of Brokers or Agents.

  • You further agree to publish IDX Data only for Brokers or Agents for which San Diego MLS has given You express written permission to do so.

  • You will list the Brokers and Agents for whom You wish to publish IDX Data below.


More Definitions of IDX Data

IDX Data means all active and contingent listings of IDX Members, except those listings where the seller has prohibited display on the Internet.
IDX Data means MLS or ICX data, which is made available by CREA through the REALTOR.ca and ICX.CA pages and websites to IDX Participants from time to time to display on IDXs.
IDX Data means, and is restricted to, a subset (Elected by (ICAOR) of the listing data in the ICAOR’s database in which various Broker Participants have given ICAOR their permission to disseminate to other participating Broker Participant for the purpose of Internet display on websites of those Broker Participating who have agreed to participant in the IDX program.
IDX Data means the IDX Listing Content, as defined in the Rules, available for use on the Site(s).
IDX Data means all or any part of the subset of active listings extracted by KWAR from the Listing(s) (which may include, among other things, photos, virtual tour links, etc., as may be determined at the discretion of KWAR from time to time) provided by Participating IDX Data Subscribers and Brokerages and compiled and aggregated into the IDX Database and which information can be accessed by other Participating IDX Data Subscribers through the IDX System, and includes information transmitted through an IDX Datafeed, all of which may be determined at the exclusive discretion of KWAR from time to time.

Related to IDX Data

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
