Inactive Employees definition

Inactive Employees has the meaning specified in Section 6.2(a).

  • Schedule 12.1(a) provides a list of employees of Seller who are‌ on short-term or long-term disability or on leave of absence pursuant to the Seller's policies or Law (each, an "Inactive Employee" and collectively "Inactive Employees"), provides the date such absence began, and provides the date, if known, that the employee is expected to return to work.

More Definitions of Inactive Employees

Inactive Employees means Business Employees who are on a Seller-approved leave of absence on the Closing Date as a result of military service, pregnancy or parental leave, disability leave, medical leave or any leave provided under applicable Law.
Inactive Employees means the Affected Employees identified in Appendix A who are expected to be absent from work as of the Start Date, as a result of sick leave/short term, long term disability, pregnancy and/or parental leave, an approved leave of absence, or as a result of suffering a compensable workplace injury under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act (Ontario);
Inactive Employees means each employee of Seller or its Affiliates (other than the Acquired Entities) who is employed by Seller or such Affiliate and is on Leave and immediately prior to Leave primarily devoted his or her business time to the Business.
Inactive Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a) of this Agreement.
Inactive Employees means Employees on a Seller-approved leave of absence who are expected to return and actually return to work within the relevant time period set out below. An Employee shall be an Inactive Employee for purposes hereof only if such individual is absent as a result of military service, pregnancy or parental leave, disability leave, medical leave, jury duty or any leave provided under applicable Law and, in the case of leaves provided under applicable Law, is expected to return to work and actually returns to work in the time permitted for such leave under applicable Law and, for any other leave, is expected to return to work and actually returns to work in accordance with the terms of such leave but not longer than ninety (90) days (or, if such Employee is located in Canada, six (6) months) following the Closing Date.
