Incentive Option Plan definition

Incentive Option Plan means an incentive option plan or plans (whether now existing or hereafter established) pursuant to which the Partnership has granted or shall grant Incentive Options, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Incentive Option Plan means the incentive option plan to be adopted by Reorganized Group pursuant to Article VI.H, pursuant to which New Options will be issued.
Incentive Option Plan or “Plan” means the employee incentive scheme adopted by the Company following the day of this annual general meeting.

More Definitions of Incentive Option Plan

Incentive Option Plan means the DPEC, Inc. Amended and Restated Incentive Stock Option Plan.

Related to Incentive Option Plan

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
