Investment Scope. The Investment Capital shall only be used for investing fixed income products, including but not limited to, debt securities with high credit rating and senior notes. The terms of the Asset Management Agreement and the fees charged by Wonderland Asset Management were negotiated by the parties on an arm’s length basis.
