Invoiced Party definition

Invoiced Party means a Party to which an Invoice is issued for Charges or MDL Charges, as the case may be, in accordance with section 21.
Invoiced Party refers to the Party receiving the Invoice for the service received in accordance with this ICO Agreement; “Invoicing Party” refers to the Party issuing the Invoice for service(s) rendered in accordance with this ICO Agreement;
Invoiced Party means the Party which receives an invoice from the other Party. “Invoicing Party” means the Party which issues an invoice to the other Party.

Examples of Invoiced Party in a sentence

  • The Invoiced Party will have 15 days from the date of the Invoicing Party’s response to either pay the claim(s) or seek arbitration.

  • If any dispute between Invoiced Party and Invoicing Party has not been submitted to binding arbitration as described in this section, and in the event that charges have been verified by Invoicing Party and are again rejected and disputed by Invoiced Party for whatever reasons, Invoicing Party and Invoiced Party reserve their rights and remedies under the law regarding the payment of such charges.

  • Invoiced Party shall advise Invoicing Party in writing of any disputed items on invoices within 30 days of the receipt of such invoice(s), documenting with appropriate evidence, its disagreement with any of Invoicing Party’s bills it believes to be incorrect.

  • If the Invoicing Party verifies the overpayment, the Invoicing Party shall return the amount overpaid to the Invoiced Party within ten (10) Working Days of the notice of overpayment.

  • E.5.3. If the Invoicing Party has omitted or miscalculated charges from an invoice, the Invoicing Party may include or amend (respectively) those charges in a later invoice, as long as the Invoicing Party is able to substantiate these charges to the Invoiced Party and the inclusion or amendment is made within six months of the issuing of the invoice.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Invoiced Party shall pay this amount to the Invoicing Party regardless of whether the Invoiced Party has received payment from its customers.

  • E.5.2. If the Invoiced Party discovers an error that is greater than the margin set out in Clause E.5.1 in an invoice given by the Invoicing Party, or the Invoiced Party discovers a smaller but persistent error, it shall notify the Invoicing Party as soon as practicable.

  • E.5.4. If the Invoiced Party makes an overpayment in error, it shall notify the Invoicing Party accordingly within thirty calendar days of the date on which the overpayment was made with sufficient details for the Invoicing Party to be able to identify the overpayment.

  • If, at any time, an Invoiced Party does not pay, in full, the invoiced amount in a timely manner, Varian shall send a written notice, by facsimile transmission or overnight mail, to such Invoiced Party requesting payment of such invoiced amount within fifteen (15) business days.

Related to Invoiced Party

  • Billing Party means the Party rendering a bill.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Supplying Party shall have the meaning stated in Section 35.8.2.

  • Tax Indemnified Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(d).

  • Third Party Payment means payment through an instrument issued from a bank account other than that of the beneficiary investor. In case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named investor/holder of the mutual fund folio has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Third Party Royalties means royalties or payments actually paid by the Company or its Affiliates to an unaffiliated third party for the right to use or exploit technology, products or proprietary rights of such third party to create or sell Licensed Product/s, which third party’s rights would otherwise be infringed or violated.

  • Tax Indemnitee as defined in Section 3.01(5).

  • Disputing Parties means the claimant and the respondent;

  • Tax Indemnifying Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(d).

  • Covered Party has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.21.

  • Undisputed as used herein shall mean any amount that the Subscribing Reinsurer has not contested in writing to the Company specifying the reason(s) why the payments are disputed.
