Invoiced Party definition

Invoiced Party means a Party to which an Invoice is issued for Charges or MDL Charges, as the case may be, in accordance with section 21.
Invoiced Party refers to the Party receiving the Invoice for the service received in accordance with this ICO Agreement; “Invoicing Party” refers to the Party issuing the Invoice for service(s) rendered in accordance with this ICO Agreement;
Invoiced Party means the Party which receives an invoice from the other Party. “Invoicing Party” means the Party which issues an invoice to the other Party.

  • Invoiced Party shall advise Invoicing Party in writing of any disputed items on invoices within 30 days of the receipt of such invoice(s), documenting with appropriate evidence, its disagreement with any of Invoicing Party’s bills it believes to be incorrect.
