Issuer Agent definition

Issuer Agent means the Participant indicated by the Issuer authorized to conclude the contracts on the Market on rules specified by the Company in consultation with the Issuer;

Issuer Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(a) of the Security Agreement.

Issuer Agent means an agent whose activities in the securities business are limited solely to effecting transactions for the benefit of an issuer or issuers as that term is defined in Section 1-102.19 of the Securities Act.

• In determining compliance with any condition hereunder to the making of a Loan, or the issuance of a Letter of Credit, that by its terms must be fulfilled to the satisfaction of a Lender or the L/C Issuer, Agent may presume that such condition is satisfactory to such Lender or the L/C Issuer unless Agent shall have received notice to the contrary from such Lender or the L/C Issuer prior to the making of such Loan or the issuance of such Letter of Credit.

Issuer Agent means OP Custody Ltd acting as issuer agent (Fin: liikkeeseenlaskijan asiamies) of the Notes for and on behalf of the Issuer, or any other party replacing the same as Issuer Agent in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.
