Joint Use Area definition

Joint Use Area means the West 75 feet and the South 20 feet of the East 45 feet of Parcel 1.

Joint Use Area costs" means the total of all items of expense and cost relating to operating, managing, equipping, policing and protecting, lighting, repairing, replacing and maintaining the utility of the joint use areas in at least as good condition as when originally installed.
