Launch Opportunity definition

Launch Opportunity means the availability of a position in the Sea Launch manifest for the Launch of the Spacecraft, and is based upon these criteria: 1) adequate time to make the necessary preparations for the Launch; and 2) existing binding commitments to other Sea Launch customers.
