Launch Opportunity means a time period (non-zero) during which the Contractor may provide a launch service (including Launch Period, Launch Slot, and Launch Date).

• In such a case the Parties agree to adjust accordingly this Agreement, including Annex 1 thereto and ARIANESPACE shall allocate to CUSTOMER the nearest Launch Opportunity.
