Legacy Options definition

Legacy Options means the non-tradeable Bitfarms Israel options granted on January 15, 2018 entitling the holders to acquire up to 300,000 Bitfarms Israel Shares at a price of 3.00 NIS per share for a period of five years;
Legacy Options means any options granted under the Legacy Plan and assumed pursuant to Section 1.5(b) of the Purchase Agreement.
Legacy Options means, collectively, the Legacy CCPC Options and the Legacy Non-CCPC Options.

More Definitions of Legacy Options

Legacy Options shall have the meaning given in the Business Combination Agreement.
Legacy Options means all the agreements between Legacy and those persons listed on the Allocation Schedule hereto related to the issuance of ------------------- Legacy Shares.

  • Company Option Plans means the Company 2002 Stock Plan and the Company 2007 Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Company Options means any options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

  • Promised Options means promised but ungranted Options that are the greater of those (i) promised pursuant to agreements or understandings made prior to the execution of, or in connection with, the term sheet or letter of intent for the Equity Financing or Liquidity Event, as applicable (or the initial closing of the Equity Financing or consummation of the Liquidity Event, if there is no term sheet or letter of intent), (ii) in the case of an Equity Financing, treated as outstanding Options in the calculation of the Standard Preferred Share’s price per share, or (iii) in the case of a Liquidity Event, treated as outstanding Options in the calculation of the distribution of the Proceeds.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c).

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the Company's Amended and Restated 1996 Stock Option Plan and 1998 Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Company Option means an option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock granted under the Company Incentive Plan.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
