Licensed Dataset(s) [NAME OF DATASET] which is owned by BENEO GmbH (“Beneo”) and Licensed to the University of Reading Manipulate To combine or aggregate the Licensed Dataset (wholly or in part) with other data or information or to adapt the Licensed Dataset (wholly or in part) in the course of the Authorised Use.
As time permits, Data Users shall communicate to NatureServe or its contributing network programs regarding errors or omissions that they may find in the Licensed Dataset for the purpose of improving the quality of the NatureServe Network data.
Licensee may not distribute any part of the Licensed Dataset to a third party in any manner that allows it to be further manipulated for that third party’s independent use.
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, this license grants to Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal right and license for the Customer and their consultants and subcontractors to use, copy and modify the Licensed Dataset for internal database development, to create Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works, to distribute Customer Works and Customer Derivative Works to a Single End User third party solely for use in the Licensed Field of Use for a Single Program.
If the Web App(s) or the Licensed Dataset include access to individual profiles or personally identifiable information (“PII”), Licensee may only publish aggregated data that cannot be used to identify individual persons, and may not under any circumstance publish PII or data that may be manipulated or reverse engineered to create PII.
Licensee further acknowledges that the Licensed Dataset may be subject to third-party licenses, such as the Unity Companion License available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/licenses/unity-companion-license.
