Examples of Customer Works in a sentence
Service Provider shall not remove, alter or otherwise render illegible any copyright or similar proprietary notices placed on any full or partial copy, modified or unmodified, of the Third Party Modifications or Customer Works licensed hereunder.
Customer shall be solely responsible for data maintenance, integrity, retention, security, and backup of Customer Works.
Developed Works, whether developed solely or jointly by Buyer, Supplier, their respective Personnel or third parties, shall include the following: (i) modifications to, or upgrades or enhancements (derivative works) of, Customer Works, Buyer Works or Supplier Works; (ii) newly developed Works developed pursuant to this MSOW that do not modify or enhance then existing Works; and (iii) modifications to, or enhancements (derivative works) of, Third Party Works.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein or in any Order Form, Customer shall be responsible for maintaining any master and/or back-up copies of Customer Content (including Customer Works) in all situations, including but not limited to, where COMPANY is rendering storage services for Customer; COMPANY shall have no liability for any claims relating to the destruction, loss or corruption of Customer Content (including Customer Works) in whole or in part.
Customer grants to RN, during the Term, a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to Customer Works and Customer’s trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, but only to the extent required to deliver Products and render Services pursuant to this Agreement (including the right to sublicense to RN’s service providers).
