Licensee Personal Data definition

Licensee Personal Data means the Personal Data described under Section 2 of this Appendix, in respect of which the Licensee is the Controller;

Licensee Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by NC Squared on behalf of the Licensee pursuant to this License Agreement;

Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data contained in the Licensee Data.

Examples of Licensee Personal Data in a sentence

• If the Licensee requests a copy of the Licensee Personal Data following the date of effective termination of this Licence Agreement and before the deletion of the Licensee Personal Data, NC Squared shall provide a copy of that Licensee Personal Data to the Licensee in such format as NC Squared may reasonably determine.

• If NC Squared receives a direct request from a verifiable consumer regarding the collection, use, processing, or retention of consumer’s Personal Data within the Licensee Personal Data, NC Squared shall refer the request to Licensee, and Licensee shall respond directly to the consumer.

• In the event that Licensee Personal Data is processed by NC Squared, or the UK Affiliate, and the GDPR or CPRA applies to the collection and/or processing of the Licensee Personal Data, Licensee, NC Squared and/or the UK Affiliate shall comply with GDPR, CPRA, and the clauses contained in this Clause 10, each to the extent applicable.

• To the extent CPRA is applicable, NC Squared shall not, directly or indirectly, “sell” or “share” (as such terms are defined in the Data Protection Laws), any Licensee Personal Data with any third party.

• In cases where Licensee is non-responsive to a verifiable consumer, government agency, or other third party regarding the possession of Licensee Personal Data, Licensee shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NC Squared for any damages, fines, or administrative action resulting from Licensee’s failure to respond.

Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data provided to Licensee by or on behalf of a natural person including, but not limited to, any Borrower

Licensee Personal Data means EU Personal Data that is Processed by Equina or any Equina employees, agents or personnel in performing its obligations under this DPA or which is otherwise made available directly or indirectly to Equina or its employees, agents or personnel by Licensee.

Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data Processed by Seer as a Processor on behalf of Licensee or Third Party Controller;

Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data contained in the Licensee Data which is limited to the Licencee’s employees’ names and email addresses.

Licensee Personal Data means any personal data which BlackRainbow processes in connection with this Support Agreement, in the capacity of a processor on behalf of the Licensee.

Licensee Personal Data means personal data processed by AITL on behalf of the Licensee pursuant to this Agreement.

Licensee Personal Data means the Personal Data set out in the Description of Processing where such data is Processed by Landmark as a Processor on behalf of Licensee;
