Licensee Personal Data definition

Licensee Personal Data means the Personal Data described under Section 2 of this Appendix, in respect of which the Licensee is the Controller;
Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data contained in the Licensee Data.
Licensee Personal Data means Personal Data provided to Licensee by or on behalf of a natural person including, but not limited to, any Borrower

Examples of Licensee Personal Data in a sentence

  • Licensor shall only Process Licensee Personal Data on behalf of and in accordance with the Licensee’s prior written instructions (including as set out in this Appendix and the Agreement) and for no other purpose.

  • Licensee Personal Data includes contact information and data included within the Licensee’s email and CRM systems and Processed by the Software, including names, e-mail addresses, business or account information, tasks, appointments and related information, as designated by Licensee.

  • Licensee Personal Data will be processed for the duration of the Agreement until return or deletion of Licensee Personal Data as instructed by the Licensee under the Agreement and this Appendix.

  • Prior to allowing a sub-contractor authorized in accordance with this Section to Process any Licensee Personal Data, Licensor shall enter into a binding written agreement with the sub-contractor that imposes on the sub- contractor the same obligations that apply to the Licensor under this Appendix.

  • Licensor will not under any circumstances sell any Licensee Personal Data to a third party.

  • Licensor is hereby instructed to Process Licensee Personal Data to the extent necessary to enable the Licensor to provide the Software in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Prior to allowing a sub-Processor authorized in accordance with this Section to Process any Licensee Personal Data, Licensor shall enter into a binding written agreement with the sub- Processor that imposes on the sub-Processor the same obligations that apply to the Licensor under this Appendix.

  • Licensee will be notified at least fifteen (15) days in advance before authorizing any new Sub-Processor to Process Licensee Personal Data with a mechanism to obtain notice of that update, except in case of emergency.

  • The Licensee undertakes, throughout the term of the Agreement, to: provide AITL with the Licensee Personal Data; document in writing any additional instructions regarding the processing of data by AITL; ensure, prior to and during the period of processing, compliance with the obligations set out in the Data Protection Legislation by AITL; and supervise the data processing by AITL.

  • Licensee may reasonably object to Xsphera’s use of a new Sub-Processor if (i) such new Sub-Processor Processes Licensee Personal Data, and (ii) Licensee demonstrates that it has a legitimate interest and notify Xsphera, in writing, within fifteen (15) days after Licensee’s receipt of the notice, it being understood and accepted that, in the absence of an objection from Licensee, Licensee shall be deemed to have accepted the Sub-Processor.

Licensee Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by NC Squared on behalf of the Licensee in relation to this License Agreement;
Licensee Personal Data means the Personal Data set out in the Description of Processing where such data is Processed by Landmark as a Processor on behalf of Licensee;
Licensee Personal Data means EU Personal Data that is Processed by Equina or any Equina employees, agents or personnel in performing its obligations under this DPA or which is otherwise made available directly or indirectly to Equina or its employees, agents or personnel by Licensee.

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Sensitive Personal Data * means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation and an individual’s criminal convictions.

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • non-personal data means data other than personal data as defined in point (1) of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Authority Personal Data means any Personal Data supplied for the purposes of or in connection with this Framework Agreement by the Authority to the Supplier;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • personal health information means, with respect to an individual, whether living or deceased:

  • personal data filing system ('filing system') shall mean any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Contractor Sensitive Information means any information provided by the Contractor to the Authority (disregarding any protective marking or assertion of confidentiality) which: is specified as Contractor Sensitive Information in Schedule 7 and has not lost its sensitivity according to the justifications and durations set out in that Schedule; and is exempt information pursuant to sections 33(1) or 36, 38 or 39 of FOISA (having regard for that purpose to the public interest there might be in disclosing such information as referred to in section 2(1)(b) of FOISA).
