Professional employer agreement means a written contract by and between a client and a PEO that provides for the following:

Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Professional employee means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Expert Advisor means a mechanical online trading system designed to automate trading activities on an electronic trading platform such as the Company’s Trading Platform. It can be programmed to alert the Client of a trading opportunity and can also trade his Trading Account automatically managing all aspects of trading operations from sending orders directly to the Trading Platform to automatically adjusting stop loss, Trailing Stops and take profit levels.
Health profession means those licensed or regulated professions set forth in RCW 18.120.020(4).
Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);
Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
Auditing Profession Act ’ means the Auditing Profession Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005);
Allied Health Professional means a person registered as an allied health professional with the Health Professions Council;
Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.
Designated mental health professional means a mental health
Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.
Health professional means any of the following:
Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.
Qualified professional means, for the purposes of OAR 411-320- 0080, any of the following licensed professionals trained to make a diagnosis of a specific intellectual or developmental disability:

Licensed Independent Practitioner means any individual permitted by law and by the Medical Staff and Board to provide care and services without direction or supervision, within the scope of the individual’s license and consistent with individually granted clinical privileges.
