Request for Negotiations. If either party intends to renegotiate, amend, or modify this Agreement, notice of such intention shall be given to the other party at least ninety (90) days preceding the expiration of the Agreement.
Request for Negotiations. A meeting for the purpose of beginning negotiations shall be called between February 1st and February 15th upon the written request of the Association or the Board filed prior to February 1st of the year in which this Contract expires. Requests from the Association shall be made to the Superintendent. Requests from the Board shall be made to the President of the Association. Upon mutual agreement by the parties, alternate timelines and/or negotiation procedures may be established.
Request for Negotiations. A written request to open negotiations for a successor Contract may be submitted by either party. Requests from the Association shall be made to the Superintendent. Requests from the Board shall be made to the President of the Association. Such request shall be made no later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the Contract nor sooner than one hundred fifty (150) days prior to the expiration of the Contract.
Request for Negotiations. A. Negotiations shall be initiated by either party at least 60 days, but no sooner than 90 days, prior to the expiration of this agreement.
B. A request from the Association should be sent to the President of the Board. A request from the Board should be sent to the President of the Association.
C. Within one (1) week of the request, a mutually convenient meeting date shall be arranged. At the initial session, the parties shall exchange their detailed written proposals. No new items shall be submitted thereafter except upon mutual agreement of the parties.
Request for Negotiations. 1. Upon request of either party for a meeting to open negotiations, a meeting date shall be set as soon as practible to the request. All proposals for negotiations by the Association and the Board shall be submitted in writing at least one (1) working day prior to the first meeting. Neither party is obligated to meet sooner than one-hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of any current agreement.
2. Proposals shall inform and detail specifically that to which agreement is sought in terms acceptable to the proponent without clarification of supplementation which, if agreed to by the other party, shall express the whole agreement between the parties with respect thereto. Topical listing of items proposed for negotiations (“laundry list”) shall constitute a clear failure of compliance with this requirement and may be disregarded.
Request for Negotiations. Written requests for negotiations shall be submitted by the Association to the President of the Board via the Superintendent, or by the Board to the President of the Association via the Superintendent. Such written requests shall be submitted no sooner than March 1, and not later than March 15, in each year during which negotiations are to be conducted. Written acknowledgment of receipt of requests for negotiations shall be made within ten calendar days by either party via the Superintendent. The requirement to submit a written request and for the written acknowledgment of such request shall be waived in the event that the parties participate in a meeting or utilize another form of written communication prior to March 1 in which the parties agree to negotiate. The negotiating teams for the parties will meet not later than April 15 to simultaneously exchange proposals. The next negotiations session will be held no later than May 1 of that year. The parties may extend any of the aforementioned dates by mutual consent.
Request for Negotiations. If either party wishes to negotiate changes to this Agreement, it shall notify the other party, in writing, no later than March 1st of the year in which the contract is to expire. Upon receipt of the written request, the parties shall set a mutually agreeable date to begin negotiations. The initial bargaining session shall be held no later than April 1.
Request for Negotiations. In accordance with Section 4117.14 of the Ohio revised Code, either party desiring to terminate, modify, or negotiate a successor collective bargaining Agreement shall serve written notice upon the other party of the proposed termination, modification, or successor Agreement. The initiating party must serve the notice not less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration of the existing Agreement.
Request for Negotiations. If either of the parties desires to negotiate changes in subjects of negotiations, it shall notify the other party in writing not earlier than one hundred and fifty (150) days nor later than one hundred and ten (110) days prior to the expiration of the contract. Notification in writing from the Association shall be served on the Superintendent and from the Board shall be addressed to the President(s) of the Association. A copy of said notification, along with a copy of the existing collective bargaining agreement, shall be sent to the State Employment Relations Board by the Association. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice, an initial meeting will be held for the purpose of exchanging packages, not "laundry lists," but item by item language and monetary packages and establishing a date for the next session.
Request for Negotiations. A written request to initiate negotiations shall be sent by either party to the other no sooner than one hundred twenty (120) days and no later than prior to the expiration of this agreement. OAPSE’s notice to the Board shall be addressed to the District Superintendent with a copy provided to the Human Resources Talent Management Officer. Upon receipt of the request to initiate negotiations, the representatives of the parties shall meet and establish an initial bargaining date. Negotiations shall commence within twenty one (21) days of SERB’s notice to notification to open negotiations, or at a mutually acceptable date.
