Membership Documents definition

Membership Documents means the terms and provisions of the NBA Constitution to the extent that such terms and provisions are applicable to the Membership owned and operated by the Borrower.
Membership Documents means the documents as set forth in Section 1.02(1) of Article I.
Membership Documents means the Club Assignment Agreement, the Club Membership Agreement, the Club Affiliation Agreement, and/or such other agreements or documents which grant or govern specific membership rights.

  • Each representation or warranty in a Membership Document survives the execution and delivery of the Membership Documents.

More Definitions of Membership Documents

Membership Documents means the terms and provisions of the NHL Constitution to the extent that such terms and provisions are applicable to the Membership owned and operated by the Borrower.
Membership Documents means the Cooperative’s Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rates, tariffs, these Service Rules and Regulations, membership application and any other reasonable rules and regulations from time to time adopted or amended by the Cooperative, as well as any supplemental or separate contract between the Member or Applicant and the Cooperative.
Membership Documents means the terms and provisions of the NHL Constitution to the extent that such terms and provisions are applicable to the Membership owned and operated by Teamco.
Membership Documents means, as applicable, the Exchange Program Membership Agreement, the Affiliation Agreement, the Membership Guide, Destination Xchange Disclosure Guide, these Terms and Conditions, the Reservation Rules, and Statement of Key Operating Statistics, or such other agreements or documents which grant or govern specific membership rights.
Membership Documents means the applications, membership agreements, bylaws, rules and regulations and other, terms or provisions signed by or binding upon the members at any Private Club which are, in all material respects, listed on the attached Schedule 2.1(D).
