SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS. During employment with the Company, all the full time Employees’ will be governed by the service rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Company in force or as introduced or amended from time to time. The Employees’ will also be governed by the Company’s policies and rules regarding Leave, Provident Fund, Bonus and Employee State Insurance/Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Assistance, Misconduct, Indiscipline or/and other matters. Further, the Employee during the Employment Period shall perform his/her duties with honesty, diligence, orderliness, obedience and faithfulness towards the Company.

SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS. 2.1 When the Service is provided, Customer is responsible for identifying primary and secondary PSAP locations as well as the unique combinations of police, fire, and ambulance or any other appropriate agencies responsible for providing emergency service in the E911 serving area. An Emergency Service Number (“ESN”) will be provided for each unique combination by CenturyLink. Customer will associate these ESNs with street address ranges or other mutually agreed upon routing criteria in the E911 serving area. These ESNs will be carried in the Data Base Management System (“DBMS”) to permit routing of 911 calls to the primary and secondary PSAPs responsible for handling of calls from each telephone in the E911 serving area. The following terms define Customer's responsibility in providing this information. A. Initial and subsequent ESN assignments by street name, address range, and area or other mutually agreed upon routing criteria shall be furnished by Customer to CenturyLink prior to the effective date of Service. B. After establishment of Service, it is the Customer's responsibility to continue to verify the accuracy of the routing information contained in the master address file, and to advise CenturyLink of any changes in street names, establishment of new streets, changes in address numbers used on existing streets, closing and abandonment of streets, changes in police, fire, ambulance, or other appropriate agencies' jurisdiction over any address, annexations, and other changes in municipal and county boundaries, incorporation of new cities or any other matter that will affect the routing of E911 calls to the proper PSAP. C. CenturyLink will provide to Customer on request a complete written copy of the master address file to permit Customer to verify the accuracy of the police, fire and ambulance PSAP routing designations. D. Changes, deletions, and additions which Customer desires to have made in the master address file should be submitted on an "as occurred" basis. E. CenturyLink will furnish a written copy to Customer for verification showing each change, deletion, and addition to the master address file. F. Emergency Service Numbers (ESNs) are only available as part of the Selective Routing feature. Single and Multi-PSAP customers who desire to use ESNs for administrative purposes may do so as long as they subscribe to Selective Routing. SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS. 2.1 ALI/SOERS is offered solely for the purpose of permitting PSAPs to associate local telephone numbers placing calls to “9-1-1” with specific street addresses. 2.2 Each PSAP subscribing to ALI/SOERS is responsible for its own separate connectivity to CenturyLink database servers and the computer applications that support retrieving the records from the server. 2.3 Information received through the ALI/SOERS may include ALI information obtained by CenturyLink from other local exchange carriers serving a PSAP’s jurisdiction or from customers who operate private switches and have requested that carriers maintain appropriate information in the carrier’s ALI database. The information may not necessarily include foreign listings, foreign exchange cross-listings, foreign central office subscriptions, or multiple listings. The PSAP assumes the responsibility of verifying information obtained and displayed. 2.4 CenturyLink considers all information provided through the ALI/SOERS to be confidential and proprietary. Information received may contain the names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals whose listings are not published in directories and/or are not listed in the directory assistance offices. The PSAP must: A. Hold the information in confidence and protect it in accordance with the security regulations by which it protects its own proprietary or confidential information; B. Restrict disclosure of the information solely to those employees with a need to know and not disclose it to any other parties; C. Use the information only in connection with address verification when answering and responding to calls placed to “9-1-1”; and D. Notify CenturyLink immediately of any confirmed or suspected misuse of ALI/DB Service information. 2.5 A PSAP may not access, use, import, export, copy, print, distribute or release information for any purpose other than what is necessary to answer and respond to calls placed to “9-1-1.”

SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS. 2.1 The customer is responsible for validating address information through Master Street Access Guide (MSAG) and for coordinating with CenturyLink to provide the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) standard format of telephone numbers and address data. CenturyLink will allow the customer to update records no more frequently than on a daily basis. The data may originate from the customer’s private switch (when technically feasible) or from a manually created list. 2.2 CenturyLink will: A. Be responsible for uploading NENA formatted data file to its ALI database; B. Hold the information in confidence and protect it in accordance with state and federal rules applicable to emergency 911 services; and C. Use the information only in connection with providing emergency services to PSAPs.

Restrict disclosure of the information solely to those employees with a need to know and not disclose it to any other parties; C. Use the information only in connection with answering and responding to calls placed to “9-1-1”; and D. Notify CenturyLink immediately of any confirmed or suspected misuse of ANI Service information. E. Obtain connectivity (network elements) between the PSAP’s equipment and CenturyLink’s End Office. 2.4 The PSAP represents and warrants that it will use information received as a result of ANI Service only in emergency situations. A PSAP may not access, use, import, export, copy, print, distribute or release information for any purpose other than what is necessary to answer and respond to calls placed to “9-1-1”. Individuals placing calls to “9-1-1” forfeit the privacy afforded by non-listed and non-published service to the extent that the name, address, and telephone number associated with the caller’s physical location is accessed through the PSAP’s use of the ANI Service. 2.5 Each E9-1-1 jurisdiction's monthly charge, if applicable, may be rounded up to the nearest billing increment based upon DBMS Records. This count is based upon the maximum number of the stated DBMS Records in service during the most current twelve month period at the time service is established. This count will be adjusted at the end of each calendar year to update customer billing, with the applicable twelve month period being the twelve months ending each calendar year. For each service feature, where the count of DBMS Records has been adjusted upward, only monthly recurring rates apply for each increment of DBMS Records so adjusted (after rounding).

PSACs ordering Reverse Database Service must provide CenturyLink with written certification of their authority to make public emergency notifications and the circumstances in which the PSAC would use the Service. 2.2 PSACs may not use Reverse Database Service information in connection with basic 911 or E-911 services. 2.3 PSACs subscribing to Reverse Database Service will receive CD-ROM downloads of information from CenturyLink’s Automatic Location Identification (“ALI”) database. CenturyLink will provide ten-digit telephone numbers and associated addresses to the extent that information is present in CenturyLink’s ALI database. 2.4 Reverse Database Service may include ALI information obtained by CenturyLink from other local exchange carriers serving a PSAC’s jurisdiction or from customers who operate private switches and have requested that carriers maintain appropriate information in the carrier’s ALI database. 2.5 CenturyLink will provide Reverse Database Service only for the jurisdictional area where a PSAC is authorized to provide emergency services.   • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same: 1. Tenant will not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, subtenants, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. No vehicles are to be left in the parking areas overnight and no vehicles are to be parked in the parking areas other than normally sized passenger automobiles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks. No extended term storage of vehicles is permitted. 2. Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a single parking stall. 3. All directional signs and arrows must be observed. 4. The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per hour. 5. Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; and (e) in such other areas as may be designated from time to time by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator. 6. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period of time. 7. Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle in any area not specifically reserved for such purpose is prohibited. 8. Landlord may refuse to permit any person to park in the parking facilities who violates these rules with unreasonable frequency, and any violation of these rules shall subject the violator’s car to removal, at such car owner’s expense. Tenant agrees to use its best efforts to acquaint its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees with these parking provisions, rules and regulations. 9. Parking stickers, access cards, or any other device or form of identification supplied by Landlord as a condition of use of the parking facilities shall remain the property of Landlord. Parking identification devices, if utilized by Landlord, must be displayed as requested and may not be mutilated in any manner. The serial number of the parking identification device may not be obliterated. Parking identification devices, if any, are not transferable and any device in the possession of an unauthorized holder will be void. Landlord reserves the right to refuse the sale of monthly stickers or other parking identification devices to Tenant or any of its agents, employees or representatives who willfully refuse to comply with these rules and regulations and all unposted city, state or federal ordinances, laws or agreements. 10. Loss or theft of parking identification devices or access cards must be reported to the management office in the Development immediately, and a lost or stolen report must be filed by the Tenant or user of such parking identification device or access card at the time. Landlord has the right to exclude any vehicle from the parking facilities that does not have a parking identification device or valid access card. Any parking identification device or access card which is reported lost or stolen and which is subsequently found in the possession of an unauthorized person will be confiscated and the illegal holder will be subject to prosecution. 11. All damage or loss claimed to be the responsibility of Landlord must be reported, itemized in writing and delivered to the management office located within the Development within ten (10) business days after any claimed damage or loss occurs. Any claim not so made is waived. Landlord is not responsible for damage by water or fire, or for the acts or omissions of others, or for articles left in vehicles. In any event, the total liability of Landlord, if any, is limited to Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for all damages or loss to any car. Landlord is not responsible for loss of use.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control.
