Motorola Data definition

Motorola Data means data owned or licensed by Motorola.
Motorola Data means data owned or licensed by Motorola; “Feedback” means comments or information, in oral or written form, given to Motorola by Customer or Authorized Users, including their end users, in connection with or relating to the products or Services; and “Process” or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal information or on sets of personal information, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, copying, analyzing, caching, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Motorola Data has the meaning given to it in the DPA.

Examples of Motorola Data in a sentence

  • Upon termination of Customer’s rights to use any Motorola Data or Third-Party Data, Customer and all Authorized Users will immediately discontinue use of such data, delete all copies of such data, and certify such deletion to Motorola.

  • Motorola and its Third-Party Data providers reserve all rights in and to Motorola Data and Third-Party Data not expressly granted in an Addendum or Ordering Document.

  • If Customer believes that Motorola is not adhering to its privacy or security obligations hereunder, Customer must contact the Motorola Data Protection Officer at Motorola Solutions, Inc., 000 X.

  • Motorola Data and Third-Party Data may be available to Customer through the Services.

  • Motorola Data and Third-Party Data may be available to Customer through the Products and Services.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of the Agreement to the contrary, Motorola will have no liability for Third-Party Data or Motorola Data available through the Products and Services.

  • Further, Motorola or the applicable Third-Party Data provider may suspend, change, or terminate Customer’s or any Authorized User’s access to Motorola Data or Third-Party Data if Motorola or such Third-Party Data provider believes Customer’s or the Authorized User’s use of the data violates the Agreement, applicable law or Motorola’s agreement with the applicable Third-Party Data provider.

  • Any rights granted to Customer or Authorized Users with respect to Motorola Data or Third-Party Data will immediately terminate upon termination or expiration of the applicable Addendum, Ordering Document, or this MCA.

Related to Motorola Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Motorola means Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.
