M&V Plan definition

M&V Plan means a measurement and verification document outlining the methodology and activities to be undertaken to quantify and verify Electricity Savings from a Project.
M&V Plan means the document produced and distributed by the M&V Body comprising an overview of the activities undertaken by the M&V Body to establish the Average Demand Savings and associated Energy Savings during the Eskom prescribed periods set out in Annexure B.
M&V Plan means a measurement and verification plan developed by a CMVP employed or retained by the Technical Reviewer which outlines the criteria by which Electricity Savings shall be measured, the information and data to be collected, the methodologies to be used and the activities to be undertaken by the Participant, to be provided to the Technical Reviewer for the purpose of developing the M&V Report.

  • The IESO may, in its sole and absolute discretion, require the Participant to include additional information that the IESO determines relevant in the EE Resource Plan Update, the Energy Efficiency Resource Report, and/or the M&V Plan.

  • If the Participant relinquishes any EE Capacity Obligation during or following the Obligation Period to which the EE Capacity Obligation relates, the Participant shall continue to be required to conduct measurement and verification required pursuant to its M&V Plan and submit its M&V Report with respect to the applicable Obligation Period.

  • The Participant shall ensure that its relevant personnel are knowledgeable with the Energy Efficiency Resources, M&V Plan, EE Auction Pilot M&V Procedures and are available to and cooperate with the IESO.


More Definitions of M&V Plan

M&V Plan means the measurement and verification plan prepared in alignment with the EE Auction Pilot M&V Procedures by the Participant, and approved by the IESO, acting reasonably, outlining the methodology and activities to be undertaken to quantify and verify EE Capacity achieved by the Participant’s Energy Efficiency Resource.
M&V Plan means the measurement and verification plan attached hereto in Schedule “D” outlining the methodology and activities to be undertaken to quantify and verify Electricity Savings from a Project as further described in Section 4.1.
M&V Plan means the measurement and verification plan attached hereto in Schedule “K” outlining the methodology and activities to be undertaken to quantify and verify Electricity Savings from a Project or Portfolio, as the case may be, as further described in Section 5.5.

M&V Plan has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B. “Measure” a service or product whose installation and operation at an End-Use Customer’s premises results in a reduction in the End-Use Customer’s on-site energy and/or capacity use, compared to what would have happened without the service or product installation.
M&V Plan means the measurement and verification plan prepared by the Participant in compliance with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) Core Concepts, October 2016, EVO 10000 – 1:2016 (or later), which outlines:
