Net Class Settlement Fund definition

Net Class Settlement Fund means the Gross Settlement Fund, minus the Settlement Class/PAGA Counsel Award, the PAGA Settlement Fund, the Enhancement Award, and Settlement Administration Costs.
Net Class Settlement Fund means the Class Settlement Fund less: (i) Taxes and Tax Expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) any attorneys’ fees, Service Awards, and Litigation Expenses awarded by the Court; and (iv) any other fees and expenses approved by the Court.
