In the case of so-called “bundled sales,” where Applications acquired hereunder are “bundled” with other software offered by Parent or its affiliates, or by Parent and a third party or parties, the amount of Net License Revenue allocable to the Applications acquired hereunder shall be used to determine the payments required hereunder.
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Aggregate" shall mean the cumulative Net License Revenue from the Effective Date of this Agreement.
