Net License Revenue definition

Net License Revenue means the gross amount charged or invoiced by Pumatech resulting from the licensing of Programs during a calendar quarter excluding any amounts for taxes, shipping, insurance, and duties and reduced by all discounts, refunds, and allowances granted in the ordinary course of business.

As used in this Agreement, "Net License Revenue" means the license fees plus professional services fees (but not support and maintenance fees) for licenses of Trio either as a stand-alone product or as incorporated into Xxxxxxx.xxx products, received from such Company Customers during the term of such agreement with Company Customers.
Subject to the minimum royalty amount calculation, royalties will be paid to Licensor as a percentage of Net License Revenue.

In the event that a New Contract provides for ASP services and does not expressly provide for a license fee or similar charge, the amount to be allocated to the license shall be determined in good faith by CSM.

Net License Revenue means the amount equal to the License Revenue minus the Permitted Royalty Deductions;

Net License Revenue means the revenue recognized by the Buyer (on a consolidated basis) for the license, sublicense or sale of the Customer Deliverables, net of discounts, returns, accounts receivable write-offs and reserves for doubtful accounts, and excluding any fees for maintenance, support, training, hosting or services or products other than Customer Deliverables.

Net License Revenue means the license fee less any commission fee payable to any suppliers of Third Party Software or any applicable taxes.
