Notice to Complete definition

Notice to Complete means a notice in writing by the Seller to the Buyer stating that in the Sell- er’s reasonable opinion the Goods have been satisfactorily Decommis- sioned and are ready for delivery to the Buyer.
Notice to Complete means a notice by the Vendor to the Purchaser under clause 16.1 to complete the sale and purchase of the Unit;
