Order Forecast definition

Order Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Order Forecast means a Customer’s forward forecast for orders for Goods.
Order Forecast shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.2.

Examples of Order Forecast in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall use its best efforts to maintain sufficient manufacturing capacity and stock of the Products to meet the requirements set out in the Order Forecast.

  • In addition, no Order Forecast shall give rise to any liability for the Purchaser due to the Supplier’s cost for stocking, etc.

  • The Order Forecast shall be made in good faith for budget and capacity planning purposes only and shall be non-binding on Licensee and Exelixis, except as provided in Section 2.2(b).

Related to Order Forecast

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Forecast means a statement of expected meteorological conditions for a specified time or period, and for a specified area or portion of airspace;
