Park Fees definition

Park Fees means the annual fees paid in each tax year by the owners or lessees of property situated within the Park in accordance with the Park Agreement, Section 4-1-170 of the Code and Section 13 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State, in an amount equal to the amount of ad valorem taxes or other in-lieu of payments that would have been due and payable except for the exemption provided in Section 13 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State.

For the avoidance of doubt, Park Fees shall expressly include amounts paid attributable to the Countywide School Millage within Park. For the further avoidance of doubt, Park Fees shall not include assessments imposed under the MID Act.
Park Fees means - the fees payable by the resident to the park owner under a residential park agreement, which may include charges for energy services, water services, and/or sewerage services;

Examples of Park Fees in a sentence

  • The County may, during the Term of this Agreement, without obtaining the prior written consent of the City, issue any SSRBs payable in whole or in part from, or grant or otherwise make available any SSRCs against or payment derived from, Park Fees, other than from the City New Investment Fees payable under this Agreement, so long as, after giving effect to such SSRCs or SSRBs, a sufficient amount of Park Fees remains to repay any other SSRBs issued and outstanding at such time.

  • The City shall be responsible for constructing improvements within Xxxxxxxxx Regional Park with the Regional Park Fees.

  • As to all Park Property, after application of SSRCs, if any, one percent (1%) of the total remaining Park Fees received by the County with respect to each Tax Year (the “Partner County Park Fees”) will be distributed to the Partner County in accordance with the Park Agreement.

  • In the event that the payment of Park Fees paid by any owner or lessee of any of the Park Property is made under protest or is otherwise in dispute, the County shall not be obligated to pay to the City more than the City’s share of the undisputed portion thereof until thirty (30) days after the final resolution of such protest or dispute.

  • In the event that the payment of Park Fees paid by any owner or lessee of any of the Improvement Parcels is made under protest or is otherwise in dispute, the County shall not be obligated to pay to the City more than the City’s share of the undisputed portion thereof until thirty (30) days after the final resolution of such protest or dispute.

  • In the event the POPS is not maintained or operated in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement or reporting requirement set forth in Section 3 are not met, City shall have the right to demand payment of the previously credited Park Fees, in their entirety.

More Definitions of Park Fees

Park Fees means the annual fees paid in each tax year by the owners or lessees of property situated within the Park in accordance with the Park Agreement, Section 4-1-170 of the Code and Section 13 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State, in an amount equal to the amount of ad valorem taxes or other in-lieu of payments that would have been due and payable except for the exemption provided in Section 13 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Park Fees shall be deemed to specifically exclude incremental real property tax revenues attributable to tax increment districts created pursuant to Section 31-6-10 et seq. of the Code. [Broad Street TIF expired January 1, 2018, but collections for Broad Street TIF property for the 2018 Tax Year (and due January 15, 2019) would still be TIF revenues.]
Park Fees means in lieu fees imposed by the City on and in connection with Development pursuant to Existing Land Use Regulations as set forth in Section 3.2.2.

Related to Park Fees

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.
