Penalty for Violation. The Contractor and any Subcontractor will pay to the State a penalty of sixty dollars ($60) for each worker employed for each calendar day, or portion thereof, that the worker is paid less than the wage rates stipulated in the Prevailing Wage Schedule.
Penalty for Violation. The Contractor and any Subcontractor shall pay to the Owner a penalty of sixty dollars ($60.00) for each worker employed for each calendar day, or portion thereof, that the worker is paid less than the wage rates stipulated in the Prevailing Wage Schedule or any supplement thereto pursuant to Paragraph 3.4.1.2 above. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall keep, or cause to be kept, an accurate record showing the names and occupations of all workers employed in connection with the Work, and showing the actual per diem wages paid to each worker, which records shall be open at all reasonable hours for the inspection by the Owner.
Penalty for Violation. A Contractor or any Subcontractor who does not pay the prevailing wage shall, upon demand made by the City, pay to the City $60 for each worker employed for each calendar day or part of the day that the worker is paid less than the prevailing wage rates stipulated in these contract documents. This penalty shall be retained by the City to offset its administrative costs, pursuant to Texas Government Code 2258.023.
Penalty for Violation. If the Consideration of Services, Dispute Resolution, or Eviction sections of this Agreement are violated, the Lessor will be billed for the cost of the Weatherization services and agrees to pay, within thirty (30) days of the date of such billing, the cost of such services. In the case of violations of this Agreement, billing for Weatherization services would be made on a prorated basis for each month that the unit(s) was/were inhabited by a low-income person.
Penalty for Violation. In the event it is determined that the Executive has violated the provisions of this Section 10, the Executive, without any further action by the Company or Executive, shall forfeit, as of the first day of any such violation any amount owed to Executive under Section 6(b), other than the Accrued Benefits. The Company shall be entitled to reimbursement from the Executive of any fees and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by or on behalf of the Company in enforcing the Company’s rights under this Section 10. By entering into this Agreement, the Executive hereby consents to a deduction from any amounts the Company owes to Executive from time to time (including amounts owed to the Executive as compensation as well as any other amounts owed to Executive by the Company), to the extent of any amounts that the Executive owes to the Company under this Section 10 as a forfeiture following a payment to the Executive under Section 6(b), other than Accrued Benefits, to which he is no longer entitled due to such violation. Whether or not the Company elects to make any set-off in whole or in part, if the Company does not recover by means of set-off the full amount the Executive owes to the Company, the Executive agrees to pay immediately the unpaid balance to the Company.
Penalty for Violation. Violation of this Article by any person covered by this Agreement shall constitute evident unfitness for service and cause for dismissal.

Penalty for Violation. Employees guilty of willfully ignoring or failing to observe and/or abide by safety rules and regulations, may be subject to discharge by Employer. Employ- ees guilty of failing to use safety equipment as provided by the Employer, such as safety glasses, goggles, hard hats, etc., are to receive a reprimand, and a warning that a second instance may result in suspension or lead to termination.
Penalty for Violation. 1. Any property owner who shall violate any provisions of this chapter or who fails to comply with any notice or order issued by a Code Enforcement Official pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000. The minimum fine is not subject to suspension or reduction.
Penalty for Violation. An employee, who is found to have violated this prohibition, shall be subject to disciplinary action. Depending upon the seriousness of the offense and circumstances surrounding it, the LCDJFS Director may impose any one of the following:
