Performance Event definition

Performance Event means on any Offer Date of the relevant Additional Portfolio, each of the following events:
Performance Event means the occurrence and continuation of one of the events set forth on Exhibit C hereto.
Performance Event means the failure of Pioneer to be in compliance with any of the covenants set forth in Paragraph 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Section VIII hereof, such compliance to be determined by the Banks as of the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December by reference to Compliance Certificates delivered to the Banks by Pioneer pursuant to Section VIII (10) hereof.

More Definitions of Performance Event

Performance Event shall occur if, for two (2) consecutive calendar years, the compound annual growth rate of the Company’s same-store NOI is more than six hundred (600) basis points below the average compound annual growth rate of the Peer Group’s same-store NOI growth during such applicable periods where such average is calculated by adding the actual compound annual growth rate of each Peer Group member’s same-store NOI growth and dividing such amount by the total number of Peer Group members.
Performance Event has the meaning given in clause 11.1(a).
Performance Event means any of the events described in clause 17.2 (Termination by RMS for cause).

Performance Event. A deployment request that does not fully perform the obligations set forth in this agreement by providing the Imbalance Capacity in full in the BPA timeframe specified shall be considered a “non-performance event,” resulting in Supplier’s forfeiture of the Capacity Payment portion of the Pricing Structure for the term of this agreement.
Performance Event has the meaning given in clause 4.4(a).
Performance Event means an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Worst Performing Index Performance as of the Valuation Time on the Performance Valuation Date is less than or equal to 100 per cent.
