The Tenant must assume liability for and pay any Community Infrastructure ▇▇▇▇ payable under Part 11 of the Planning Act 2008 or any other similar payments or liabilities that become due as a result of it (or its sub-tenants or other occupiers of the Premises) carrying out any Permitted Works or changing the use of the Premises.
