Phase 2 PARCA Works Report definition

Phase 2 PARCA Works Report means a report containing the information referred to in Clause 4.5 provided by NGG to the Reservation Party as soon as reasonably practicable following the completion of each of the Phase 2 Schedule A Works, Phase 2 Schedule B Works, Phase 2 Schedule C Works, Phase 2 Schedule D Works, Phase 2 Schedule E Works, Phase 2 Schedule F Works and Phase 2 Schedule G Works. Phase 2 Schedule A Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of a Strategic Options Report and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule B Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of a Preferred Pipeline Corridor Report and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule C Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of an Environmental Impact and Assessment Report and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule D Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of NGG’s application for a Development Consent Order as required under the Planning Xxx 0000 (as amended or restated from time to time) and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule E Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of the submission of, and hearings related to, NGG’s application for a Development Consent Order as required under the Planning Xxx 0000 (as amended or restated from time to time) and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule F Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of NGG’s activities arising as a consequence of the Secretary of State’s decision to NGG’s for a Development Consent Order and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report. Phase 2 Schedule G Works means such works to be completed by NGG for completion of NGG’s activities in relation to a submission for planning consent under the Town and Country Planning Xxx 0000 (as amended or restated from time to time) and specified as such in the Phase 1 PARCA Works Report.

Related to Phase 2 PARCA Works Report

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Digital audio-visual works which means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, impart an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any;

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
