Planned Application Downtime definition

Planned Application Downtime means the unavailability of the application services due to maintenance activities such as configuration changes, upgradation or changes to any supporting infrastructure wherein prior intimation (at least two working days in advance) of such planned outage shall be given and approval sought from the CBFC as applicable;

PIU will comprise of the staff members of the Nodal Agency, other officials from concerned department and external experts (as defined in the RFP); Project Timelines shall have the same meaning ascribed to in Annexure B; Providing Party shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in Clause 12.5; Receiving Party shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in Clause 12.5; Replacement Implementation means any third party that Nodal Agency or its nominated agencies appoint to replace Implementation Agency upon expiry of the Term or Agency termination of this Agreement to undertake the Services or part thereof; Required Consents means the consents, waivers, clearances and licenses to use Nodal Agency's Intellectual Property Rights, rights and other authorizations as may be required to be obtained for the software and other items that Nodal Agency or their nominated agencies are required to make available to Implementation Agency pursuant to this Agreement; Services means the services delivered to the Stakeholders of Nodal Agency or its nominated agencies, employees of Nodal Agency or its nominated agencies, and to professionals, using the tangible and intangible assets created, procured, installed, managed and operate...

Related to Planned Application Downtime

  • Planned Downtime means planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Services scheduled in advance of such upgrades and maintenance.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available at http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
