Preferential Use Premises definition

Preferential Use Premises means those portions of the Terminal Complex and Terminal Aircraft Aprons assigned to a Signatory Airline by the Authority pursuant to a Space Rental Agreement to which such Signatory Airline shall have priority over other users, subject to the terms and conditions of the Resolution, the Authority Rules and Regulations and the Space Rental Agreement.
Preferential Use Premises means those areas designated as such in the Premises Notice that are within the Terminal, including Preferential Use Baggage Make up System Space, Preferential Use Gates and Preferential Use Ticket Counters and to which Airline has a higher priority of use over all other Air Carriers.
Preferential Use Premises means those portions of the Terminal Complex and Terminal Aircraft Aprons assigned to AIRLINE, as shown in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto, to which AIRLINE shall have priority over other users, subject to the provisions of Article 16.

Examples of Preferential Use Premises in a sentence

  • In no event shall Requesting Air Carrier be required, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Section 5.03(B), to make any payment to the Airline for use of the Airline’s Preferential Use Premises.

  • In addition to the Office and Club Premises and the Preferential Use Premises described above, the Airline shall have the non-exclusive right to use, jointly with other Air Carriers, the Joint Use Premises, the Baggage Handling System, and the FIS Facilities; provided, however, that such use shall be in common with other Air Carriers and the Authority shall have the right to reassign the use of Joint Use Premises in accordance with the Authority Rules and Regulations.

More Definitions of Preferential Use Premises

Preferential Use Premises means those Premises leased on a preferential use basis to the Airline, as shown on Exhibits N-B-2 and D-B-2. Except as may otherwise be agreed upon by the parties hereto, Preferential Use Premises shall include the holdrooms leased by the Airline hereunder, if any, and all Equipment reasonably necessary for the use thereof. Premises shall mean areas at the Airports leased by the Airline pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement. Premises shall include Exclusive, Preferential, and Joint Use Premises.
Preferential Use Premises which is identified as pavement assigned to the Lessee, and to which the Lessee shall have preferential use, defined herein as the unrestricted, higher and continuous priority over all other users, as reflected on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Preferential Use Premises means space, improvements and facilities at the Airport provided to an air carrier on a preferential, non-exclusive manner, e.g., in the manner provided in Article IB.2.(b).
