The Directors are of view that such payment terms are in line with the market practice. Pricing Policies. Yitai Finance has undertaken to provide the aforementioned financial services based on the following pricing policies for the Group:
Pricing Policies. The standard service fee proposed by Tencent Cloud is based on a predetermined pricing mechanism set by Tencent Cloud, which is published on Tencent Cloud’s website and similar to fee rates offered to other third parties (the “Published Rates”).
