The Advisor endeavors to value all securities at fair market value as determined by the Advisor in good faith and in accordance with its Pricing Policies and Procedures.
The Pricing Policies require that the securities of the Funds be valued at their last sale price on the principal exchange or over-the-counter market for each respective security.
