PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT. The parties bound by this Agreement are the Malayan Banking Berhad (3813-K), having its registered office at Xx. 000, Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) of the one part and the Association of Maybank Class One Officers (Registration No 624), a trade union of employees registered under the Trade Unions Act, 1959 and having its registered office at Xx. 000 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) of the other part.
PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. Parties of the agreement (hereinafter – “the Parties’") are the Republic of Tajikistan, on whose behalf the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan or governing agency authorized by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan signing the agreement, and investors act in the agreement.
2. Investors may be legal persons and association of legal entities that are created on the basis of an agreement on joint venture agreements, and other types of activity investing of own or borrowed funds in prospecting, exploration and mining of mineral resources and subsoil users on the existing subsurface mineral deposits under the terms of the agreement.
PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. Party A, a private educational services provider which is approved by the Bureau of civil administration of Yuexiu district, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, is to enter into a corporate agreement with Party B. Part A will set up classroom and other education facilities for the State University of New York (SUNY) 1+3 Program provided by Part B.
2. Party B, an international education service provider approved by U.S. New York State Government, and authorized by Party A to assist students of Party A to be enrolled in the State University of New York (SUNY) 1+3 Program, including enrollment and academic credits and application process related formalities for students, as well as facilitation between Party A and SUNY.
PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT. This project grant agreement (agreement) is entered into between the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC), X.X. PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby declared that the parties to the said agreement are London Area Control (Swanwick) , Cardiff ATC, LATCC(Mil) and the British Gliding Association. Cancellation of this Memorandum of Understanding by one of the Approving Authorities is possible at any time, provided that the cancelling party declares its intention to cancel the Memorandum of Understanding with a minimum pre-notification time of 1 month.
