Private Park definition

Private Park means a park other than a public park.
Private Park means a park other than a public park, regardless of whether or not such park is maintained or operated for gain or profit, but does not include an amusement park in which rides, games of chance and the sale of food, beverages, toys and souvenirs constitute the main uses.
Private Park means real property owned or maintained by a private individual or entity and that is open to the general public or local residents for recreation or amusement.

Private Park means any park or playground which is not a public park and which is used or intended to be used for the recreation and enjoyment of the public and for admission to which or for the use of any of the facilities whereof no fee or other charge is paid or demanded.
