Project Site Personnel definition

Project Site Personnel means all personnel provided by the Owner for the Project Site Works, to include, officers and crew, mechanics, labourers, skilled craftsmen, technicians, operators trained by the Sub-Contractor and all other personnel in sufficient quantity and quality to undertake in good time all activities required at or near the Project Site;
Project Site Personnel means all personnel provided by the Owner for the Project Site Works, to include, officers and crew, mechanics, labourers, skilled craftsmen, technicians, operators trained by the Sub-Contractor and all other personnel in sufficient quantity and quality to undertake in good time all activities required at or near the Project Site; "Project Site Works" means the works and services to be performed by the Sub-Contractor after the Vessel has arrived at the Project Site and up to and including Final Acceptance, and the works and services to be performed at the Project Site by the Project Site Personnel, as more particularly described in Appendix D (Definition of Services/Division of Responsibility Table), Appendix K (Onsite Commissioning and Startup Plan and Schedule) and Appendix Z (Mechanical Completion and Startup Responsibilities) of the GIMI Topsides Agreement; "Protocol of Mechanical Completion" means the document in the form set out in Appendix 10 (Forms); "Protocol of Redelivery and Acceptance" means the document in the form set out in Appendix 10 (Forms); "Provisional Conversion Price" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 16.3 (Contract Price and Terms of Payment); "Provisional Re-measurable Price" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 16.2 (Contract Price and Terms of Payment); "Prudent Engineering and Construction Practice" means a thorough, efficient and workmanlike manner with due diligence and care by qualified and competent personnel, exercising that degree of skill and diligence which would ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced international contractor engaged in a similar undertaking to the Contractor's Scope; "Ready for First Gas" shall occur when the conditions set forth in Clause 31.1 of the GIMI Topsides Agreement have been achieved; "Ready for First Gas Hold-point" [*****]; "Ready for First Gas Certificate" means the certificate issued by the Owner to the Sub-Contractor in accordance with Clause 31 of the GIMI Topsides Agreement; "Redelivery" means the final acceptance by the Owner of the Works in accordance with Article 23 (Redelivery) as evidenced by the concurrent delivery of a Protocol of Redelivery and Acceptance by the Owner and Contractor to each other; "Redelivery Date" shall mean the scheduled date for Redelivery is required to take place as notified by the Contractor to the Sub-Contractor, which as of the Date of Agreement is scheduled as:

  • Project Common Areas as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such in the Site Plan. The Project Common Areas shall consist of all parking facilities, entrances and exits, driveways, exterior walkways, first-class landscaped and hardscaped areas which are generally consistent with the quality of landscaped and hardscaped areas of Comparable Buildings in existence as of the date of this Lease, open space areas and plazas on the real property comprising the Project. The term "BUILDING COMMON AREAS," as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within any building in the Project not entirely leased by Tenant, which Building Common Areas shall be reasonably designated as such by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to (i) Landlord's approval, which approval (as indicated in Section 29.4 below) shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, (ii) the CC&R's, and (iii) all terms of this Lease regarding Hazardous Materials, Tenant may install or locate such items as benches, patio tables, bike racks, above-ground generators, security cameras and the like (collectively, "MISCELLANEOUS COMMON AREA ITEMS") at Tenant's sole cost in the Common Areas or on the exterior of the Building, as applicable, provided that Tenant removes such items upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease and repairs any damage to the Common Areas or the exterior of the Building (as applicable) resulting from such removal. If Tenant fails to remove any Miscellaneous Common Area Item or to repair any damage resulting from such removal upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord may do so and may charge Landlord's actual cost thereof to Tenant. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be in accordance with a standard which is not less than that customarily followed in the operation and maintenance of first class mid-rise office buildings located within the University Towne Center (i.e., the area from two (2) blocks to the North of La Jolla Village Drive to two (2) blocks to the South of La Jolla Village Drive between the I-5 and I-805 freeways), Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas, provided that Landlord shall manage, maintain and operate the same in a manner consistent with that of Comparable Buildings, and the use thereof shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Landlord reasonably may make from time to time. As used herein, "COMPARABLE BUILDINGS" shall mean the first class mid-rise office buildings (now existing or subsequently constructed) within the projects located within the University Towne Center, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas and having substantially similar characteristics to the Building pertaining to size, age, accessibility, design, quality, amenities and tenancies. Landlord reserves the right to make alterations or additions to, or to change the location of, elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that if any such changes might affect Tenant's use of the Premises (in other than an immaterial manner), Landlord obtains Tenant's prior written approval of any such alterations, additions and changes and such alterations, additions and changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises. Except when and where Tenant's right of access is specifically excluded in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right of access to the Building and the parking facilities twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during the Lease Term.   • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.
