Promotion Costs definition

Promotion Costs means costs, fees and expenses incurred by the Commission (whether before or after its incorporation by this Act), in connection with promotion of the Bill for this Act.
Promotion Costs means the costs of or arising from or relating to a Promotion;
Promotion Costs has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.

  • The Parties shall bear their respective costs for maintaining personnel and facilities to receive, review, forward and/or (as applicable) respond to Collaboration Product medical inquiries, which costs shall be Promotion Costs to the extent directly allocable to efforts related to Collaboration Products in the Territory.

  • Balancing payments between the Parties for purposes of the sharing of Premarketing Costs and Promotion Costs under the Agreement will be approved by the Finance Subcommittee.

  • The Parties shall share equally in the Premarketing Costs and Promotion Costs under the Commercialization Plans and the Agreement.

  • If any disputed Promotion Costs cannot be resolved by the JCC, the dispute resolution mechanisms set forth in Section 5 (“Decision Making”) will apply.

  • PTI will be responsible for all Promotion Costs it incurs in excess of the amount set forth in the Co-Promotion Plan.


More Definitions of Promotion Costs

Promotion Costs means, with respect to each Party, direct and indirect costs and expenses (excluding Product Sales Force Costs) incurred by a Party in connection with the Promotion of Products in the Territory pursuant to and as authorized by the Commercialization Plans. Specific categories of expenses constituting Promotion Costs shall be determined from time to time by the Finance Subcommittee upon consultation with the Sales and Marketing Subcommittee.
