Public Licenses definition

Public Licenses means the public licenses granting the right to use, reproduce and distribute the Open Source Software in conjunction with the Software, as set forth in Schedule A. Software: refers to Remote Desktop Manager (Enterprise or Free) and Remote Desktop Manager Agent, in object code form, including their Updates. Subscription Period: means the period of your License subscription as indicated on your Order.

  • Specific license means a license, under requirements prescribed by the department by rule, to possess, use, manufac- ture, produce, transfer or acquire radioactive material or devices or equipment utilizing radioactive material.

  • Nontransient noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least the same 25 persons over 6 months per year.
