Purchaser Data Room definition

Purchaser Data Room means the material contained in the virtual data room established by the Purchaser as at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time) at the close of business on the Business Day prior to the date hereof.

More Definitions of Purchaser Data Room

Purchaser Data Room means the material contained as of 11:59 p.m. on November 13, 2015 in the virtual data room established by the Purchaser and its financial advisors, the index of documents of which is appended to the Purchaser Disclosure Letter.

Purchaser Data Room means all documents made available as of the date hereof to the Seller in the virtual data room maintained through IntraLinks established by or on behalf of the Purchaser Group Members and made available to Parent and the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Agreements, all of which are contained in a CD-ROM delivered by the Purchaser to the Purchaser’s counsel and the Seller’s counsel on an outside counsel basis on the Signing Date or, all of which are listed in Schedule 1.1(b) of the Purchaser Disclosure Letter, or otherwise made available to the Seller by the Purchaser or any of its Representatives in connection with the Transaction.

Purchaser Data Room means the electronic data room hosted by Donnelley Financial Solutions Venue and made accessible to Company in connection with the conduct by Company of its due diligence on Purchaser under the project name “Courage”, the contents of which on the date of this Agreement, as such electronic data room existed as of 5:00pm (Eastern time) on March 12, 2019;

Purchaser Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Purchaser as it was constituted as of 10:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on March 19, 2024.

Purchaser Data Room means the Purchaser’s electronic data room entitled “Project Sunrise Reverse Due Diligence” and posted at https://client.foxrothschild.com/sites/TrulieveCannabisCorp/default.aspx, or delivered to the Purchaser clean team, as the same is constituted as of 12:00 p.m. on May 8, 2021.

Purchaser Data Room means the Purchaser’s electronic data room entitled “Reverse Due Diligence” and posted at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, as the same is constituted as of the date immediately prior to the date hereof;
