Examples of Purchaser Data Room in a sentence
The term “made available to the Purchaser” means copies of the subject materials were included in the Company Data Room and the term “made available to the Purchaser” means copies of the subject materials were included in the Purchaser Data Room.
Each Party shall continue to afford the other Party and its Representatives access to the Data Room and the Purchaser Data Room, respectively.
