Qualified Class Member definition

Qualified Class Member means a Settlement Class Member who submits a claim for monetary relief, which is approved pursuant to Section 10.03.
Qualified Class Member means a Settlement Class Member who submits a timely completed Proof of Claim Form that the Settlement Administrator, in consultation with the Settling Parties, determines satisfies all the Eligibility Requirements required by this Settlement. Subject to Court approval of the Settlement, a Qualified Class Member will be entitled to a Monetary Benefit from the Settlement in an amount to be determined by the Settlement Administrator.
Qualified Class Member means a Plaintiff, Opt-In, or Subclass Member who meets the payment qualification requirements set forth in Section 2.7.

More Definitions of Qualified Class Member

Qualified Class Member means any class member who has not Opted-Out by the Opt- Out deadline set by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order and shall be consistent with Section 7.01.
Qualified Class Member means any Class Member to the extent he or she is not an Opt-Out, and only for the period of time for which he or she worked in a Covered Position, and regardless of whether he or she cashes a Settlement Check.
Qualified Class Member means each member of the Settlement Class on the Settlement Class List who does not timely and properly elect to be excluded from the Settlement Class in the manner prescribed in Paragraph 4.6 of this Settlement Agreement.
