Quality Records definition

Quality Records means Documents containing recorded information, regardless of the medium or characteristic, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the quality management system and that provide evidence that products meet regulatory requirements and comply with specified product requirements.
Quality Records has the meaning given in Section 5.8 [Quality Records] of Schedule 7.
Quality Records means the records required by the Licensee’s Quality Documentation to be kept by the Licensee to meet the requirements of the Regulations.

Quality Records means documents recording specific information relating to a
Quality Records. For each Quality Record identified, a Quality Record Responsibility and Maintenance Form (Appendix I) will be issued describing responsibility, location and retention periods.
