Quality Assurance (QA means all planned and systematic oversight actions by the Department necessary to provide confidence that the Design-Builder is performing QC in accordance with the Quality Control Plan, that all Work complies with the Contract and that all materials incorporated in the Work, all equipment, and all elements of the Work will perform satisfactorily for the purpose intended.
