Administrative and Procedural. Again, dual credit students are required to comply with all registration and academic policies outlined in the most current version of the South Plains College academic catalog and Dual Credit Handbook. Expectations for student conduct are outlined in the SPC Student Guide. Students who do not adhere to the institutional code of conduct may be removed from their class by the instructor or by South Plains College administration. All dual credit courses will follow the College’s academic calendar. Students are responsible for obtaining and adhering to the College’s academic calendar which will include starting/ending dates, the established final exam schedule, payment deadlines, etc. for each semester. In instances where the District’s holiday schedule or spring break does not coincide with the College’s calendar, dual credit students will be expected to attend class as scheduled. Class attendance policies may vary by course. Attendance policies fall under the purview of the instructor of record and will be outlined in the syllabus for each course. Unless permission has been obtained from the College, the College’s final examination schedule will be observed, and dual credit students will be required to take their final examinations as scheduled.

  • Administrative Claims Requirements and Procedures No suit or arbitration shall be brought arising out of this Agreement against City unless a claim has first been presented in writing and filed with City and acted upon by City in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 1.34 of the Chula Vista Municipal Code, as same may be amended, the provisions of which, including such policies and procedures used by City in the implementation of same, are incorporated herein by this reference.   • Administrative Matters (a) The Member is the sole member of the Company. Accordingly, for U.S. federal income tax purposes, the Company shall be disregarded as an entity separate from the Member, and the assets and liabilities and all items of income, gain, loss and deduction shall be treated as the assets and liabilities and items of income, gain, loss and deduction of the Member.   • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • Administrative Civil Liability The Settling Respondent xxxxxx agrees to the imposition of an administrative civil liability totaling $30,000 to resolve all alleged violations set forth in Section II as follows: a. The Parties agree that $15,000 (the other half of the discretionary penalty amount of $30,000), shall be paid to the Regional Monitoring Program care of the San Francisco Estuary Institute for implementation of a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) as follows: i. $15,000 (SEP Amount) shall be paid solely for the use of the SEP Fund for the San Francisco Bay Regional Monitoring Program. Funding for this project will allow the Regional Monitoring Program to monitor polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) loads in stormwater in the San Leandro Bay watershed between October 1, 2018, and March 31, 2020. A complete description of this project is provided in Attachment A, incorporated herein by reference. ii. The Settling Respondent shall not be liable for administrative and oversight costs associated with the specific project described above. iii. Payment of the SEP Amount shall also be made no later than 30 days after the Regional Water Board or its delegate signs this Stipulated Order. Payment of the SEP Amount shall be submitted in the form of a single check referencing the Order number on page one of this Stipulated Order, and mailed to: Regional Monitoring Program c/o San Francisco Estuary Institute 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Richmond, CA 94804. A copy of the check for the SEP Amount shall be sent to the Office of Enforcement and the Regional Water Board at the e-mail addresses set forth above.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. To identify possible sources of infection and to carry out appropriate control measures, the LPHA Administrator shall investigate each report following procedures outlined in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines or other procedures approved by OHA. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. LPHA must establish and maintain a single telephone number whereby physicians, hospitals, other health care providers, OHA and the public can report Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks to LPHA 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.
