Real Estate Rights definition

Real Estate Rights means all rights in or to real estate (including rights to use or access the Facility Site), whether arising through fee ownership, leases, contracts, permits, easements, licenses, private rights of way, or utility and railroad crossing rights, that are required to be obtained or maintained in connection with construction of the Facility on the Facility Site, performance of the Services hereunder (including, without limitation, the transportation of all necessary materials, equipment and other items to the Facility Site and access to the quarry for the construction and use of water intake facilities), or startup and testing of the Facility.
Real Estate Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15.
Real Estate Rights means all rights, title and interests in or to real estate, leases, contracts, permits, easements, licenses, private rights of way, and Utility and railroad crossing rights that are needed for performance of the DB Work other than the Project Right of Way itself, including ingress and egress, storage and laydown areas, drainage and construction staging areas.
