Recovery Notification definition

Recovery Notification means the written notification referred to in Condition 13.8;
Recovery Notification means the written notification referred to in Condition 13.8; Recovery Principles means the principles set out in Annex 3; Register means the register maintained by the Regulator pursuant to Section 111 of the HRA 2008; Registered Provider means (as appropriate) a local authority entered on the Register pursuant to Section 114 of the HRA 2008 or a body entered on the Register as a non-profit organisation (as such term is defined in Section 115 of the HRA 2008); Regulator means the body established pursuant to Section 81 of the HRA 2008 or any other body with responsibility for carrying on substantially the same regulatory or supervisory functions; Relevant Authority means any governmental or other authority, court with relevant jurisdiction, the local planning authority, landlord, funder, adjoining landowner or any other Relevant Firm Scheme means a Firm Scheme in relation to which a Recovery Event occurs; Request for Information/RFI shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or any request for information under EIR which may relate to the Firm Schemes, this Agreement or any activities or business of the Agency; RIDDOR means Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (as amended from time to time);
Recovery Notification means the written notification referred to in Condition 14.10; Recovery Principles means the principles set out in Schedule 4; Register means the register maintained by the Regulator pursuant to Section 111 of the HRA 2008; Registered Provider means a body entered on the Register as a non-profit organisation (as such term is defined in Section 115 of the HRA 2008); Regulator means the Homes and Communities Agency acting through the Regulation Committee established by it pursuant to Part 2 of the HRA 2008 or any similar future authority (including any statutory successor) carrying on substantially the same regulatory or supervisory functions; Regulatory Body means a government departments or regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in this Agreement or any other affairs of the GLA; Relevant Authority means any governmental or other authority, court with relevant jurisdiction, the local planning authority, landlord, funder, adjoining landowner or any other person whose consent is required to undertake the Works necessary to the delivery of the Firm Scheme or perform the Grant Recipient's obligations under this Agreement; Relevant Firm Scheme means a Firm Scheme in relation to which a Recovery Event occurs; Remaining Units means any Flexible Dwellings comprised within a Firm Scheme which have not been sold or let to Eligible Purchasers by the Final Disposal Date; Rent Guidance has the meaning ascribed to it in the Direction; Rent Standard means any standard set by the Regulator from time to time pursuant to section 193 of the HRA 2008; Rent to Save means accommodation let initially on an intermediate rent basis to Eligible Purchasers on assured shorthold tenancies at rents (inclusive of service charge) of no more than eighty per centum (80%) of the market rent level in the relevant local area and together with a legally enforceable right to purchase the relevant Rent to Save Dwelling within an agreed period on Affordable Home Ownership terms; Rent to Save Dwelling means a Flexible Dwelling let to a Tenant on a Rent to Save basis; Rent to Save Units means the number of Flexible Dwellings disposed of or to be disposed of as Rent to Save Dwellings set out in the Firm Scheme Details;
