Redevelopment Projects definition

Redevelopment Projects means the undertaking of the Successor Agency pursuant to the Redevelopment Plans and the Law for the redevelopment of the Project Areas.
Redevelopment Projects means the particular community redevelopment projects undertaken by the Agency pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan within the Redevelopment Area in accordance with the Redevelopment Act, including the Convention Center Hotel Project.
Redevelopment Projects shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.

Redevelopment Projects means Redevelopment Project II and Redevelopment Project III.
Redevelopment Projects means a multifamily real estate rental project identified by ConAm pursuant to this Agreement for redevelopment and possible investment by the Company. A Redevelopment Project does not include (i) the Specified Projects identified on Exhibit A attached hereto or (ii) any real estate project in which either the Company or ConAm or any of their affiliated entities owns all, a portion or an equity interest on the Effective Date.

Storm water Improvements Storm water improvements include all aspects of standardstorm water infrastructure, including but not limited to earth work, silt fences, clearing & grubbing, curb inlets, and sub grade drains. Curbing Improvements Curbing improvements include the construction of curb andgutter, estimated at over 15,000 linear feet of curb and gutter. Tree, Landscaping and Pocket Park ImprovementsTree improvements include the movement and replanting of existing trees and the acquisition and planting of additional trees on public property. Landscaping improvements include various landscaping materials, including but not limited to plants, grasses and fences, on public property. The Pocket Park improvements may include but are not limited to plazas,fountains, landscaping, pavilions, gazebos, shelters, boardwalks, promenades, open lawn and other recreational facilities. Redevelopment Projects means the following projects, a portion of the cost of which (including the reimbursement to the County of costs previously incurred) will be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds authorized by this Ordinance: acquiring and constructing certain publicly-owned improvements within the Redevelopment Project Area, including without limitation improvements to transportation infrastructure including road improvements, stormwater infrastructure construction or improvements to and construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths and trails; improvements to utilities infrastructure including water and sewer improvements; improvements to streetscaping including the installation of street lighting, sidewalks, a vegetative buffer, landscaped medians, pedestrian crossings and utility improvements; improvements to or construction of public buildings and environmental, cultural and recreational facilities; and improvements to or construction of school facilities on the Oakbrook Elementary and Middle School site, all as more fully set forth in the Redevelopment Plan and any amendments thereto as permitted by the Act.
Redevelopment Projects means the redevelopment activities or Work agreed to and as defined in the Redevelopment Agreement, as authorized by Ordinance 69520.
Redevelopment Projects means, as applicable, the 1976 Emeryville Redevelopment Project and/or Shellmound Park Redevelopment Project adopted by the City pursuant to the applicable Redevelopment Plan(s).
