Regulatory Records definition

Regulatory Records means the records and other materials required by any Government Agency to be maintained in respect of the Project.
Regulatory Records means all books and records required to be kept by the Act or Commission regulations, including any record of any correction or other amendment to such books and records, provided that, with respect to such books and records stored electronically, regulatory records shall also include: (i) any data necessary to access, search, or display any such books and records; and (ii) all data produced and stored electronically describing how and when such books and records were created, formatted, or modified.
Regulatory Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02 of the Amended and Restated Lease. "Remarketing Agent" shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture. "Remarketing Agreement" shall mean the Remarketing Agent's Agreement, dated as of December 15, 1990, by and between Lessor and the Remarketing Agent with respect to the Bonds, and any future remarketing agreements between Lessor and the Remarketing Agent with respect to the issuance of any additional Bonds after the Closing Date. "Renewal Term" shall mean, with respect to the Amended and Restated Lease, the Fixed Rental Renewal Term. "Rent" shall mean, collectively, Basic Rent, Additional Rent and Supplemental Rent. "Rent Payment Date" shall mean the dates set forth on Schedule I to the Amended and Restated Lease. "Rent Suspense Account" shall mean the account of Lessor maintained in accordance with Section 2.02(e) of the Amended and Restated Disbursement Agreement. 20
