All terms and conditions of this Agreement during the then Base Lease Term (or Renewal Lease Term, as the case may be) shall remain in full force and effect during any Operational Extension, unless Lessor and Lessee expressly agree otherwise in writing.
The period of each extension is referred to as a "Renewal Lease Term".
With the exception of a $1 Buyout Lease arrangement, or unless exercising the purchase option on an FMV Lease, Customer shall return the Products at the end of the initial lease term, or at the end of the Renewal Lease Term, or CFS may pick the Products up, without any further financial obligations to Customer.
